Singles Socials — Terms & Conditions

We want our participants to be fully informed about our Terms & Conditions, including any information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

Singles Socials is an event organised by TDA Global Services LLP to introduce like-minded singles in a relaxed social setting.

All participants must:

• Be over 18 years old.
• Be single.
• Provide honest and accurate information in the registration form.

Anyone who fails to meet these criteria, provides false or misleading information, or is found to be ineligible will be excluded from the event without a refund and may be banned from future events.

Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable. Participants may not transfer their spot to another person.

By signing up for Singles Socials, you acknowledge that maintaining the planned group size of six to eight people is essential to the event experience. If a participant cancels too close to the event date and we cannot find a replacement, the group may have fewer than six people. While we make every effort to ensure full tables, we cannot guarantee this in the case of last-minute cancellations.

The following policy applies to all Singles Socials tickets:

• If you cancel at least seven days before the event, your ticket may be transferred to a future Singles Socials event at our discretion. No cash refund will be issued.
• If you cancel within seven days of the event, or do not attend after confirming your place, no refund or credit will be issued.
• In the unlikely event that TDA Global Services LLP cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or a credit transfer to a future event, at their choice.
• In the event that TDA Global Services LLP postpones your attendance due to table composition changes (see Table Curation below), you will be offered either a full refund or a credit transfer to a future event.

To ensure the high-level chemistry and balanced dynamic of our curated dining experiences, placements are contingent upon guest compatibility and table composition (including age group, lifestyle, and gender balance).

In the event of last-minute guest cancellations or profile mismatches that compromise the intended dynamic of a specific table, we reserve the right to postpone a participant's attendance. In such cases, we will notify you as far in advance as possible. TDA Global Services LLP always prioritises a premium experience and is not liable for any personal arrangements or external costs incurred due to such rescheduling.

TDA Global Services LLP uses profile data to thoughtfully organise table groupings; however, we do not conduct formal background checks, vetting of personal histories, or character references for attendees for Singles Socials events. Consequently, TDA Global Services LLP gives no guarantee, explicit or implied, regarding the actual chemistry, compatibility, or individual behaviour of guests at any event.

Participants must be on time, follow event rules, and conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in exclusion from future events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDA Global Services LLP and its employees disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in Singles Socials events. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, TDA Global Services LLP's total liability to any participant shall not exceed the ticket price paid by that participant for the relevant event.

Participants are responsible for informing the restaurant of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. TDA Global Services LLP is not liable for any food-related issues during the event.

TDA Global Services LLP respects participant privacy and does not share personal details with third parties. Personal information is collected solely for event organisation and matchmaking purposes.

For participants based in the European Union, personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@thedatealchemy.com. Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, where applicable, mandatory consumer protection rights under local law — including EU consumer law for participants based in Luxembourg and other EU member states — are not affected by these Terms.

By attending a Singles Socials event, participants acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. TDA Global Services LLP shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation.

TDA Global Services LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version published on our website constitutes the applicable Terms at the time of participation.
