On rare occasions, sudden schedule changes or last-minute cancellations may result in an odd number of guests (such as 5 or 7). We appreciate your flexibility as we work to maintain the best possible experience for everyone present.
While there is no strict dress code, we recommend smart casual attire. Feel free to dress comfortably yet stylishly for the occasion.
The ticket price covers the organization, guest curation and ice-breakers of the social. To give our guests maximum freedom and flexibility, food and drinks are not included. We handpick top-rated venues located in the city center of Luxembourg. Every venue is chosen for its ambiance, flexible and varied à la carte menus, and dietary inclusivity (including excellent vegetarian options).
Venues for evenings include Bazaar, Komptoir, Come A La Maison or Hitch and venues for the brunch include Lloyd Eatery, La Mezzanine du Boulevard and Le Pain Quotidien.
Once we receive your payment, you can consider your participation confirmed for the event. If we cannot find a suitable table for you, a full refund is guaranteed at least one week before the event.
We will let you know the surname that the booking is made under. Please arrive on time, ready for a fun night out!
To give our guests maximum flexibility, you pay the restaurant directly based entirely on your individual consumption.
We encourage attendees to come solo to maximize the opportunity for everyone to meet new people and foster connections. However, if you'd like to bring a friend who is like-minded and shares similar age and interests as you, drop us an email at hello@thedatealchemy.com and we'll try to accommodate.
Absolutely! We welcome singles of all sexual orientations. When you sign up, you'll have the option to share your gender preferences so we can place you at a table that maximizes your chances of making a meaningful connection (including dedicated tables for gay, lesbian, or bi/fluid singles depending on registration).
After each event, our Events Team will email you, seeking feedback. In this email you can request member phone numbers. We ask that members don't swap numbers in front of others at the table, out of respect. Our phone number swapping service removes any awkwardness and ensures mutual interest.
Tickets are non-refundable but don't worry, you can still use it for another event if you cancel 1 week before.
